• 2014 – Present: Zukerman, Lear, Murray & Brown Co., L.P.A.; Trial Attorney.
Responsibilities include criminal and civil litigation in municipal and state courts, appellate representation, and professional disciplinary and licensure defense.
- Litigate and represent clients through all stages of civil and criminal cases in federal, state and local courts, including trial, appellate and post-conviction matters.
- Defend lawyers, judges, doctors and other professionally-licensed clients in administrative licensure actions before state licensing boards including: the Ohio Board of Professional Conduct, the Ohio Medical Board, and the Ohio Board of Pharmacy.
- Research legal issues, draft and argue complex motions including Motions to Suppress, Dismiss, Vacate, Summary Judgment,In Limine, and other motion practice as necessary.
- Investigate clients’ cases, including gathering evidence and conducting witness interviews.

Drafted federal judicial opinions based on the research and analysis.
