Maxwell joined Zukerman, Lear & Murray in 2020 as a Law Clerk during his first year of law school. Maxwell continued to work as a Law Clerk throughout his time in law school. In 2022, Maxwell graduated from the University of Akron School of Law and passed the bar. Upon his admittance into the State of Ohio, Maxwell became an Associate Trial Attorney at Zukerman, Lear & Murray.
Maxwell focuses his practice on criminal trials, appeals, and civil litigation. On the criminal law side, Maxwell has experience handling offenses of violence, sex crimes, felony and misdemeanor drug crimes, operating a vehicle while intoxicated, expungements, judicial releases, traffic offenses and more. On the civil litigation side, Maxwell has experience handling personal injuries, divorce proceedings, custody proceedings, and more.
Maxwell passionately believes that the most crucial element of the legal process is ensuring his clients grasp every detail. He is unwavering in his commitment to keep them thoroughly updated and informed at every step of their journey through the legal system.
When Maxwell is not in court, he can be found on the court, basketball court that is. In addition to being an avid basketball player, Maxwell enjoys golfing, doing jigsaw puzzles with his soon to be wife, attending and watching Cleveland sporting events, and spending time with his two cats.
